Refund policy
14 days to return. You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
Condition. Please return items unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. You can try them on as you would in a shop. If an item shows signs of use beyond trying on (for example, wearing, washing or missing tags), we may reduce the refund by the loss in its value.
How to return.
- Request a return in your account on the site (Orders → pick the order) or email support@kynstores.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with the address to send the item to.
- You pay the cost of sending the item back.
Refund within 7 days. We refund within 7 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges. Fastest way: return the item and place a new order in the right size.
Damages and complaints. Check your parcel on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email support@kynstores.com right away – we'll handle the complaint as the law requires.
Exceptions. Gift cards can't be returned.
